hey, I’m Robyn
Wife. Mom. Friend. Business Owner. Entrepreneur.
Like you, I wear a lot of hats! I created Her Facility because I believe with all my heart that there’s room at the table for everyone. Part of my calling is to build safe, beautiful environments for women to connect and build community. This is why I stayed in the bridal industry for 17 years. I loved being there for milestone moments in women’s lives and cultivating a space to escape from the daily grind to a warm, inviting atmosphere where they could relish creating their dream wedding day. Oh, and try on pretty dresses!
That said, I was craving an escape, too…There were many days when there was still work to do, but I was DONE being at the bridal shop. I felt tired and uninspired by my environment. Plus, working solo at the end of a long day felt lonely.
I deeply desired to connect with other like-minded women and feel understood about some of the struggles I faced in life and business. But since my family hadn’t seen me all day, the last thing I wanted to do was come home and pop open my laptop.
Much like the bridal jewelry and shoes we had at the shop, I desperately wanted to have more tidy little boxes in my life... I wanted to compartmentalize and separate things more so that I was laser-focused on work when I was working. And when I was with family, I was “in the moment,” enjoying time with loved ones.
I was seeking to be PRESENT.
This is where the seed for Her Facility was planted.
When you walk through the door, you’ll immediately feel the intentionality woven into this co-working community.
Because I designed the space with you in mind– It’s a place WE have been collectively craving that solves the problem of inspiration, weariness, and loneliness. It’s a unique space where you can get things done without distractions. And where you can connect and build relationships with other women who “Get it.” Finally, it’s a place that allows you to be yourself and BE PRESENT in work and life.

A welcoming place where conversation is encouraged, you can network or co-work with other Members, find your next business partner, or hop in a phonebooth to take that important call. Bring your laptop and grab a seat in a productive workspace that isn’t your kitchen table.
Members receive exclusive perks that include monthly credits for meeting rooms & hot desks.
HOT DESKS: There are private desks for more peace and quiet outside of the open workspace for the on -the-go professional where they can drop in, do some work, and head out. Hot desks are available to all members on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2 PHONE BOOTHS: We have 2 private phone booth rooms at Her Facility. Ideal for phone + zoom calls, our rooms are available for you to gain privacy. No need to reserve - just pop in an available room! Included with Her Facility Membership.

Perfect for the one who needs to host a podcast, video conference, private meeting with a client, tackle a never-ending inbox or simply just in need of some heads down focus time. Members have meeting room reservations rolled into their membership, and the general public can request to rent these rooms at an hourly rate as well.

We’re also an event venue! Our picturesque event space is the perfect location for social gatherings, photoshoots, and other small-scale events such as bridal showers, baby showers, bridesmaid brunches, adult birthday parties, and more.
