To the Christian Woman in Business

The world is so loud about their businesses.

As a Christian Woman in business, I hear from women who want to start their business or go to the next level – but they want to do it God’s way. Not the world’s way.

When God called you to Himself you became a brand new creation. He imparted something NEW in, on, and through your life. But sometimes we can forget that— especially when He’s asking us to take a step further into the calling He has for our life.

Dear Christian Woman in business…

It’s time to step into the authority you have in your calling and faith-led business as one of God’s daughters.

The fact that I am a woman does not make me a different kind of christian. But the fact that I am a christian does make me a different kind of woman.
— Elisabeth Elliot

Remember Whose You Are

Don’t you know who you belong to?

1 Peter 2:9 says, “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”

You are a part of God’s Royal family. Reject the ideology of being a slave in bondage and live out your identity and authority as an heir of Jesus Christ.

You’re Called

God has called you into business for a reason. Know that as one of His own, you have His favor when it comes to business. He has set you apart from the world and that influence will come through everything you do, including your business which will ultimately reveal more of His glory to the world. All He asks for is your faithful obedience.

God Is For You And Your Business

Romans 8:31 says, “If God is for us, who can be against us?”

As a daughter of God, you can afford to take faith risks when it comes to your business because you have HIS favor on your side. And the stories that come from taking those risks will all be for His glory.

Faith Without Works Is Dead

You said yes to God when He called you to Himself and caused you to be born again into His Kingdom. Now put that faith to works. The Holy Spirit lives and dwells in YOU and the power of God comes through that Spirit. You’ve got this because He’s got you and is going before you.

Pray This Prayer

Lord, thank you for the calling you have put on my life. I pray that Holy Spirit, you impart in me clarity of the next step of obedience you want me to take and the confidence to take it. Father, keep my heart clean and pure as I claim the inheritance that you have for me as your daughter. I give you all the glory, forever and ever. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

In a world that often equates success with status and wealth, Jesus calls us to something radically different—His Kingdom. I invite you to consider how we, as Christian women in business, can bring God’s kingdom into our everyday lives - especially in the workplace. Whether through prayer, service, or bold acts of faith, this is a call to lead with humility, love, and purpose right where we are.

Remember, prayer isn’t just about asking God for answers. It’s also about listening for His response. Take time to be still and listen for that still, small voice that whispers wisdom into your heart.

I pray that this encourages you to take that next step. I pray that you remember you are an HEIR of the King— JESUS CHRIST. That you have a heavenly inheritance and you have the One true Living God’s favor in your life and business.
